Lisa M. Colautti joined The Law Offices of Ira Weiss as an associate in July 2010 specializing in school law. She has been practicing law for close to 20 years and brings a wealth of knowledge in child welfare law to the firm.

Career highlights include:

• Founder and director of the Adoption Legal Services Project in Pittsburgh.
• Working as an Allegheny County Assistant County Solicitor, specializing in human services.
• Serving as a law clerk to the late Hon. David W. Craig, President Judge of the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court.

Lisa is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, the CYF Advisory Board, and the Municipal and School Solicitors section of the ACBA. She received her Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law, a Master’s in Public Administration from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs, Princeton University, and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Villanova University.
