Jocelyn P. Kramer joined The Law Offices of Ira Weiss as an associate in October 2004. She specializes in the areas of special education and student services and represents school district clients in Western Pennsylvania. She also serves as assistant solicitor for the School District of Pittsburgh.

Career highlights include:

• Routinely representing school district clients in special education litigation and student disciplinary hearings.
• Attending meetings of municipal and school clients as board solicitor and routinely presenting at seminars for attorneys, administrators and school personnel.
• Receiving the 2010 “Super Lawyer Rising Star,” an honor given by Law & Politics to only 2.5 percent of the more than 45,000 attorneys practicing in Pennsylvania.

Jocelyn is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Legal Services for Exceptional Children Committee of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in the Courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Jocelyn graduated Cum Laude from the University of Pittsburgh and received her Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
